澳大利亚黄金海岸是遐尔闻名的旅游胜地,每年吸引着上百万的国际游客。2022年6月,投资10亿澳元的被称为“珠宝三塔”在“冲浪者天堂”的沙滩开业,其建筑设计受到昆士兰当地火山熔岩结晶体的启发,其外观以线条和不规则菱形为基调,在天穹下,犹如三颗巨型的蓝色石英体,屹立在金色的沙滩边上,勾勒了黄金海岸沙滩新的天际线,吸引不少游客前来驻留和打卡。

 

在当下时兴以酒店为目的地的旅游新时尚浪潮的裹挟下,我们也慕名住进了“珠宝三塔”中的中间最高一塔——黄金海岸朗廷酒店。

 

黄金海岸朗廷酒店是朗廷酒店集团在悉尼和墨尔本之外开设的澳大利亚第三家酒店,一脉相承地承袭了英国贵族酒店的精美奢华风格,无论是建筑装饰还是服务细节,都美得让人无可挑剔。特别是每家朗廷酒店的“标配”——朗廷礼品店,摆放着琳琅满目的当地特色礼品。

 

尤其吸引我目光的是酒吧对面墙上的一幅根条装饰,它是当年建造这家酒店时从泥土里挖出来的植物枝条,经过艺术加工后,变成一幅艺术品,象征着生命和成长,更寓意着朗廷酒店企业发展的生生不息。

 

酒店3-20层有169间客房,170间服务式公寓位于22-49层。其中,最受游客欢迎的无疑是面向大海的景观房,可以俯览整个黄金海岸最为迷人的景致。从阳台举目望去,宽阔的沙滩、散步的人群、冲浪者的嬉戏、层层叠叠的海浪,让人顿时产生冲向海里的欲望。

 

黄金海岸有绵延80公里的海岸线,其中有长达40公里是宽阔而笔直的沙滩,成为冲浪者天堂。金色而细软的沙滩,犹如画布上的一抹瑰丽色彩。站在这片绵延数十里的金色沙滩上,我仿佛被一种奇妙的力量吸引着,眼前所见的一切如同一幅绚丽的画卷,让人心神荡漾。

 

在冲浪者天堂沙滩上,观海不仅是一种心灵的享受,更是一场身临其境的体验。沿着沙滩漫步,我来到了海水的边缘,脱下鞋袜,感受着细软的沙粒在脚底间流淌,微凉而舒适。随着海水的拍打,海浪将海沙带起,形成一道道细微的涟漪,像是大自然在与我轻轻交谈。

 

我踏入海水中,迎面而来的浪花包裹着身体,略带咸味的海风吹拂着脸庞,带来了阵阵的清凉。我闭上眼睛,尽情享受着海水的拥抱,感受着每一滴海水滑过皮肤的触感,仿佛与大海融为一体。

 

随后,我决定踏浪而行,迎着涛声,跳跃于海浪之间。每一次起伏,都是一次冒险的挑战,每一次飞溅,都是一次与海水的亲密接触。我尽情享受着海水带来的快乐,畅游于碧波之间,释放心灵的束缚,让自己完全融入到这片海洋的怀抱中。

沙滩尽兴玩耍之后,回到酒店。饥肠辘辘的我们,就走进被澳大利亚当地美食家评定为一顶“厨师帽”的、相当于米其林一星的“唐阁”餐厅,来一个饕餮中餐美食。

 

餐厅副经理贴心地用中文详细介绍了菜单上的美食特点,让我们在远在天边的海外游子享受到一顿心满意足的家乡美食。

 

作为一家开在黄金海岸的高级粤菜餐厅,令人惊叹的是将中华元素融入了鸡尾酒文化,其用“五行”学说调制了金木水火土鸡尾酒,供客人选择,看到端上来的色彩斑斓各异的鸡尾酒,人若不醉、心也醉了。

 

几道当家的粤菜做工考究、摆盘精致、食材新鲜、口感纯正、令人回味无穷。经理特地向我们介绍了黑蒜和牛粒这道菜肴:黑蒜是经过上等陈醋的多道工序炮制,将白蒜发酵成黑蒜,目的去除大蒜的辣味,但却保持去除肉膻味的大蒜功能;和牛粒食材取自澳洲本地和牛,保留了和牛入口即化的口感,但又没有日本和牛太多的脂肪,以满足澳洲当地人健康饮食的习惯。

The Gold Coast of Australia is renowned as a tourist destination, attracting millions of international visitors every year. In June 2022, the "Jewel Towers," a billion-dollar investment, opened on the beaches of "Surfers Paradise." Its architectural design draws inspiration from the crystalline structures of local Queensland volcanic lava. With its appearance characterized by lines and irregular rhombuses, under the sky, it resembles three giant blue quartz bodies, standing tall on the golden sands, outlining a new skyline for the Gold Coast beaches. This has attracted many tourists to come and stay, eager to check in and capture the moment.

 

Riding the wave of the current trend in tourism, where hotels themselves are becoming destinations, we too found ourselves checking into the tallest tower among the "Jewel Towers" – The Langham, Gold Coast, located in the middle.

 

The Langham, Gold Coast, marks the third Australian hotel opened by The Langham Hospitality Group, expanding beyond Sydney and Melbourne. It seamlessly inherits the exquisite luxury style of British aristocratic hotels, evident in both its architectural decor and service details, leaving nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy is the signature feature of every Langham hotel – The Flavours of Langham, adorned with a dazzling array of locally sourced specialty gifts.

 

What particularly caught my eye was the root decor adorning the wall across from the bar. These were plant roots excavated from the soil during the construction of the hotel. After undergoing artistic processing, they transformed into pieces of art, symbolizing life and growth, while also embodying the continuous development of The Langham Hotels & Resorts enterprise.

 

The hotel comprises 169 guest rooms on floors 3 to 20, while 170 serviced apartments are located on floors 22 to 49. Among them, undoubtedly, the most sought-after are the ocean-facing rooms, offering captivating views of the entire Gold Coast. From the balcony, one can take in the expansive beaches, strolling crowds, playful surfers, and the layered waves, evoking an immediate desire to dive into the sea.

 

The Gold Coast boasts an 80-kilometer coastline, with 40 kilometers of it being wide and straight sandy beaches, earning its reputation as a surfer's paradise. The golden and fine sand resembles a magnificent stroke of color on a canvas. Standing on this stretch of golden beach that extends for miles, I feel drawn in by a marvelous force, as if everything before my eyes is a splendid painting, stirring the soul.

 

On the beaches of Surfers Paradise, watching the sea is not just a spiritual indulgence but also an immersive experience. As I stroll along the shoreline, I arrive at the water's edge. I take off my shoes and socks, feeling the soft sand flowing between my toes, cool and comforting. With each lapping wave, the sea carries the sand, creating delicate ripples, as if nature is gently conversing with me.

 

Stepping into the sea, I'm enveloped by the crashing waves, their salty spray kissing my skin, and the slightly tangy sea breeze caressing my face, bringing refreshing relief. I close my eyes, surrendering to the embrace of the ocean, savoring the sensation of each droplet sliding across my skin, feeling as though I'm merging with the sea.

 

Following that, I decide to wade into the waves, facing the roar, leaping between them. Each swell is an adventurous challenge, and each splash is an intimate encounter with the sea. I revel in the joy the sea brings, swimming freely amidst the azure waves, releasing the shackles of my mind, allowing myself to fully immerse into the embrace of the ocean.

 

Watching and playing in the sea on the beaches of Surfers Paradise is not just a relaxation of the body and mind but also an experience of harmonious coexistence with nature. In the embrace of this ocean, I feel the infinite possibilities of life and comprehend the importance of living in harmony with nature. This unforgettable time will forever stay in my heart, becoming one of the most beautiful memories of my life.

 

 

After frolicking on the beach to our heart's content, we return to the hotel. With our appetites whetted, we step into "T’ang Court," a restaurant awarded one chef's hat by local Australian food critics, equivalent to a Michelin one-star rating, to indulge in a sumptuous Chinese feast.

 

The restaurant's assistant manager thoughtfully provided a detailed introduction in Chinese about the culinary highlights on the menu, allowing us, overseas travelers far from home, to savor a satisfying taste of our hometown cuisine.

 

As a high-end Cantonese restaurant located on the Gold Coast, it's truly remarkable how they seamlessly integrate Chinese elements into cocktail culture. They've crafted cocktails based on the "Five Elements" theory – metal, wood, water, fire, and earth – offering guests a unique selection. Seeing the array of colorful cocktails brought to the table, one can't help but be intoxicated, both by the drinks themselves and the experience.

 

Several signature Cantonese dishes were meticulously crafted, beautifully presented, using fresh ingredients, with authentic flavors that leave a lasting impression. The manager took the time to introduce us to a dish called Black Garlic and Wagyu Beef Cubes: Black garlic is prepared through a meticulous process using premium aged vinegar, fermenting white garlic into black garlic. This process aims to remove the spiciness of garlic while retaining its health benefits by eliminating the garlic's pungent taste. The Wagyu beef cubes are sourced from local Australian Wagyu, maintaining the melt-in-your-mouth texture characteristic of Wagyu beef but with less fat compared to Japanese Wagyu, catering to the dietary preferences of Australians for healthier eating habits.

 

With each passing moment of this vacation centered around The Langham, Gold Coast, on the Gold Coast, such a marvelous and unforgettable experience has been had. In this paradise-like coastline, one finds inner peace and life's wonders. May every traveler who comes here feel the same happiness and contentment.
